What is LG Subscribe?
LG Subscribe is LG Malaysia’s home appliance plan. You enjoy selected LG products now and pay a fixed, affordable amount every month.
How does the plan work?
Choose a product and a contract length, then pay a fixed monthly fee directly to LG, with no bank or third party involved. We arrange delivery and installation, and the product is yours when the contract ends.
Who can apply?
Applicants aged 18 to 70 who are not blacklisted and not under AKPK. Both individual and corporate customers are welcome.
Is there a fee to apply?
No. Registration and the application review are completely free.
How do I pay each month?
The monthly fee is auto-debited from your debit or credit card, so there is nothing to pay manually.
Will it lock my credit card limit?
No. Your credit limit is never held. Only the monthly fee is charged to your card.
Do I own the product at the end?
Yes. When the plan period ends, the appliance belongs to you.
Will the monthly fee increase?
No. The fee is fixed from the first month to the last.
Can I settle early?
Yes. You can make an early or full settlement at any time and still keep the remaining service and warranty cover.
Can I take more than one product?
Yes. Apply for as many as you like. The credit team reviews how many can be approved based on your eligibility and CTOS score.
Are the products brand new?
Yes. Every product on the plan is brand new, never second-hand.
Which areas do you cover?
The plan is available nationwide. Your nearest LG service centre arranges delivery and installation at your address.
How soon will I receive my product?
Usually 3 to 4 working days. Review takes 1 to 2 working days, then your order goes for delivery and installation. Out of stock items may take a little longer.
Can I buy outright instead?
For selected products, yes. The plan is mainly designed to make owning LG more affordable through monthly payments.
